No fee is collected by us
Abhilasha Wealth does not charge investors any distribution, service or advisory fee. Consequently there is no fee payable to us, and no refund arises from us.
All payments for products are made directly to the concerned Asset Management Company, insurance company, pension fund, bank or NBFC. Cancellation and refund of those payments are governed by that entity's own terms.
Mutual funds
- An application may be withdrawn before the applicable cut-off time on the day of submission, subject to the AMC's process.
- Once units are allotted, exit is by redemption at the prevailing NAV, subject to exit load, lock-in and applicable taxes.
- ELSS units carry a statutory lock-in and cannot be redeemed during that period.
- SIP registrations can be paused or cancelled by giving the notice period specified by the AMC, generally in advance of the next instalment date.
Insurance — free look period
IRDAI regulations provide a free look period from the date of receipt of the policy document, during which you may return the policy if you disagree with its terms. The insurer refunds the premium after deducting proportionate risk premium, medical examination expenses and stamp duty, as per the policy terms in force. The exact free look duration is stated in your policy document.
Loans
Loan applications may be withdrawn before disbursement. Processing, legal, valuation and login fees already incurred are generally non-refundable and are governed by the lender's sanction terms. After disbursement, closure is by foreclosure as per the lender's schedule of charges.
NPS and digital metals
- NPS contributions once credited to a PRAN cannot be reversed; exit and withdrawal follow PFRDA rules.
- Digital gold and silver purchases are executed at live rates and are generally non-cancellable once confirmed; you may sell back to the issuer at its prevailing buy rate.
Website payments
This website does not currently accept online payments. If a payment gateway is added in future, this policy will be updated with the applicable timelines.
