Grievance Redressal

If something has gone wrong, here is exactly whom to write to, what to expect, and where to escalate.

Last updated: 15 August 2026

Step 1 — Write to us

Send the details of your complaint, along with your folio, policy or application number, to us by any of the following:

We acknowledge every complaint within 3 working days and aim to resolve it within 15 working days. If more time is needed, we will tell you why and give a revised date.

Grievance Officer

Name: Anup Kumar Ghosh
Designation: Grievance Officer
Email: grievance@abhilashawealth.com (sample address — create this mailbox or replace it with the one you use)
Phone: +91 9232689884 · Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Step 2 — Escalate to the product provider

If your complaint concerns the product itself — a folio, a claim, a sanction or a servicing failure — it must also be raised with the entity that issued it. Every AMC, insurer, bank and NBFC has a designated grievance officer whose details appear on its website and in your account statement or policy document.

Step 3 — Escalate to the regulator

  • Mutual funds: AMFI at amfiindia.com, or SEBI SCORES at scores.sebi.gov.in, or the SEBI toll-free helpline. SEBI also offers the Online Dispute Resolution portal, SMART ODR.
  • Insurance: the insurer's grievance cell first, then IRDAI's Bima Bharosa portal at bimabharosa.irdai.gov.in, and thereafter the Insurance Ombudsman for your region.
  • NPS: the CRA grievance system, then PFRDA.
  • Banks and NBFCs: the lender's nodal officer, then the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in.

What helps us resolve faster

  • Your folio, policy, PRAN or application number.
  • The date and nature of the transaction concerned.
  • Copies of any correspondence already exchanged.
  • A clear statement of the resolution you are seeking.
Note

Please do not share passwords, OTPs or full bank credentials in a complaint email. We will never ask for them.

Still not clear about something?

Ask us. We would rather spend twenty minutes explaining a clause than have you discover it at claim time.
