A regulated route to build a retirement corpus
NPS lets you contribute regularly during your working years into a mix of equity, corporate debt, government securities and alternate assets, with the accumulated corpus used at exit to purchase an annuity and provide a lump sum, as per PFRDA rules in force.
We assist with PRAN registration, selection between Auto and Active choice, pension fund manager selection from the empanelled list — including ICICI Prudential Pension Fund and LIC Pension Fund — and with routine servicing requests.
Tax treatment of contributions and withdrawals is governed by the Income Tax Act and changes from time to time. Please confirm the current position with your tax consultant.
The paperwork side of it
- PRAN generation for Tier I and Tier II accounts
- Auto choice and Active choice allocation support
- Pension fund manager change and scheme preference change
- Contribution receipts, statement of transaction retrieval
- Exit, partial withdrawal and annuity documentation support
